Sardines Verrine with tomato confit

Verrine made with crumbled sardines from the Algarve coast from small boats and local vegetables and spices.

This verrine is really unique: It is produced in a traditional way, in small controlled batches from fresh sardines and not from production residues.

Ideal for aperitif on toast or toasted bread, it is also very useful for cooking or preparing a pizza.
