Starting August 29, 2025, all your orders will benefit from Luisa Hassle-free Delivery. Fast 4–5 day shipping across the USA, UK, and Canada with UPS Express Saver. Customs declarations are handled for you, and duties and taxes are clearly displayed in your cart and paid directly to the local authorities. What you see in your cart is all you pay.

Same Day shipping.

All items shown on our site are available in our own stock for instant shipment. If an item is momentarily unavailable, we do not offer the possibility to order it. All orders placed before 11:00 a.m. (local time in Portugal) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. will be shipped the next day. Please note that if you place an order on Friday afternoon, it can only be shipped the following Monday.

Careful Packaging.

We take care of the preparation of your package ourselves. Your items are packed in tissue paper, we use environmentally friendly and clean kraft paper padding as well as recyclable double or triple layer cardboards. Want to know more about the care we put into packing your order? Follow this link

Tracked delivery.

Depending on the destination country, the type of package, and your selection, we use different delivery services. However, for reasons of quality, security, and speed, all our shipments include parcel tracking, no matter which delivery method you choose. You will receive an email at each stage of the delivery process. You can also track the status of your package by logging into your account on our website.

Respected Delivery times.

Delivery times depend on your selections and the destination country. They are clearly indicated when you confirm your order. These timelines are provided by our carriers and supported by our own statistical data. However, they are given for reference only, remain the responsibility of the carriers, and do not legally bind Strong Existence Lda.

Guaranteed Delivery.

As long as the delivery address is correctly completed and you are available to receive your package or pick it up at a pickup point, we guarantee successful delivery and replacement in the event of loss. We recommend selecting the shipping method that includes coverage in case your package is lost or damaged.

Friendly Customer Service.

If your package is not delivered within the expected timeframe, arrives damaged, is declared lost, or if you simply want more information about your order and its delivery, we are here to help and provide the service you deserve. Please use our contact form.


Despite all these measures, despite the selection of carriers known for their quality of service and reliability, it may happen, in a few isolated cases, that the delivery process does not go perfectly.

Your package is not delivered to you ?

All our deliveries are carried out with a permanent identification of the parcel by tracking number which is communicated to you and the parcels are given only against your signature. Under these conditions, it is the responsibility of the Company Strong Existence to deliver your package. If this one was lost, we commit ourselves refunding you your order or sending another parcel to you within a time which could not exceed 30 days.

Attention, if the carrier indicates that your parcel was delivered, we are not able to lodge an appeal. It is then your responsibility but we remain available to assist you in your steps.

Your package is damaged ?

We only use new packing cartons specially designed for international transport. If the package presented to you is visibly damaged, we recommend that you refuse delivery, indicating the reason "damaged package" and immediately notify the carrier's central services (available on the internet) and then inform us so that we can provide you with all our assistance.

Items do not match your order ?

If the items you received do not correspond to your order, simply send us a photo of the items received within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will then proceed, at our expense, to the return of the package received and the shipment of a new package.

Your items are damaged ?

If the packaging cardboard seemed intact and one or more of your items were damaged, if you have selected a delivery method that includes the "loss & breakage" guarantee, simply send us a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours of receipt of your package. We will then proceed to its replacement or refund.

You refuse the reception of the parcel ?

If you refuse the delivery of your package, it will be returned to us by the carrier or considered abandoned. Subject to receipt of the items in good condition, we will then proceed to refund the amount paid for your order from which we will subtract the delivery costs and the return costs for an amount of $24.99 plus $5.00 administrative costs.

You do not pick up your package at a pick-up point ?

If you do not pick up your package within the time limits mentioned by our carriers, it will be returned to us by the carrier or considered abandoned. Subject to the reception of the articles in good condition, we offer you the possibility of being refunded the amount paid for your order from which we will subtract the delivery costs as well as the return costs for an amount of $24.99 plus $5.00 for administrative costs.
