Far from a typical canned fish, this preserve is truly exceptional. It is handcrafted, far from mass production, following the recipe of resident chef Luís Baena and nutritionist Inês Nogueira, using selected fish and local ingredients.

The trout fillets are here complemented with a creamy curry sauce that provides canned fish enthusiasts with a different and flavorful experience. Slightly spicy, the curry sauce complements the trout's milder flavor perfectly.

The trouts are prepared in the cannery and cooked for the necessary time for the flesh to have the ideal texture. After cooking, the fillets are hand-raised and carefully canned to make them as appealing as possible, leaving the fillet as whole as possible. The sauce is hand-filled into each can, each can is sealed one by one, washed, sterilized, and carefully packaged.
